The houses are built with a heating system and rustic style radiators, a water heating system using natural gas, and a central (ducted) air conditioning system on both ground and first floor.

Doors, windows and indoor porches are made of chestnut laminated solid wood, with wrought iron handles matching other details of the house, and double-glazed windows 6.10.6.

The ceilings of the bathroom and bedroom-study are made entirely of wood. A thermal insulation is incorporated in both roofs and 40 cm thick outer walls.

The ground floor is equipped with an airy and waterproof crawlspace.

All homes are equipped with an automatic up and over garage door.

A double-faced stone boundary wall with a wrought iron balustrade on top surrounds each plot.

All properties feature a car entrance with an automatic sliding gate and an entrance for pedestrians made of wrought iron, matching the exterior finishings.

The driveway has a cobblestone pavement.

A 90 cm wide sidewalk surrounds each house and has a toba pavement, i.e. handmade red terracotta tiles, matching the pavement of the porches and terraces.

The front garden is laid with a lawn, decorated with native plants and equipped with an automatic watering system.

The plots are equipped with a rustic well, shared between two houses and mechanized with an individual submersible pump.

The south, east and west facades of the exterior walls are covered with recycled stones, whereas the north facade is plastered with lime plaster. Likewise, the window trims are constructed with stone jambs of recycled old stones.



A rustic 30 x 30 cm ceramic tile floor is installed on the ground floor whereas upstairs a rustic wide plank wood flooring is laid out.

The bathrooms are tiled with high quality rustic tiles, and are equipped with a shower base consisting of toba tiles and a drain grill, and a shower panel made of glass or blocks.

The kitchen is equipped with solid wood furniture with wrought iron handles, a marble worktop and back splash, a rustic kitchen hood with steel filters and industrial extractor installed on the roof, a hob, an electric oven, and a double bowl sink.

All houses have a spacious dining room with a stone fireplace.
